AI service

Document AI

We build document processing systems that replace manual data entry. They read scans, photos and PDFs in any layout, extract the fields you need, validate them against your records and enter them into your accounting, ERP or CRM system. Anything uncertain is shown to a person with the source document beside it.

FAQ

Common questions

How accurate is it?

It depends on document quality and layout variety, so we measure it on a sample of your own documents before you commit. Fields the system is unsure about are routed to a person rather than entered.

Does it work with handwritten or poor-quality scans?

Often, yes, though accuracy is lower than on clean print. We test your worst examples early and agree which ones go to manual review.

Where are our documents stored?

We agree this up front. Documents can stay in your own cloud or servers, and we choose model providers and settings that fit your data requirements.

Have a process that should run itself?

Tell us what your team spends too much time on. We will come back with a clear view of what can be automated and how we would build it.
