AI service
WhatsApp AI Agents
We build AI agents that work inside WhatsApp. They answer questions from your own catalogue and policies, check orders, book appointments and collect lead details, in the customer's language. Your team keeps a shared inbox and can step into any conversation.

FAQ
Common questions
Do we need a new phone number?
Not always. An existing number can often be moved to the WhatsApp Business API, though it can then no longer be used in the regular WhatsApp app. We go through the options during setup.
Can our staff still reply to customers?
Yes. Staff see every conversation in a shared inbox and can take over at any point. The agent stops replying in that chat until it is handed back.
What does WhatsApp charge?
Meta charges for business messages according to its own pricing, which varies by message type and country. This is separate from our build cost, and we estimate it for your expected volume before you commit.
Have a process that should run itself?
Tell us what your team spends too much time on. We will come back with a clear view of what can be automated and how we would build it.
