WhatsApp integration
AI agents and automation on WhatsApp
For many businesses WhatsApp is the main sales and support channel, run from one phone by whoever is free. We connect your number to the WhatsApp Business API and to your systems, so messages are answered quickly, nothing is lost, and your whole team can work from one inbox.

FAQ
Common questions
Is this the same as WhatsApp Business on my phone?
No. The phone app is for one person on one device. The Business API lets software and several staff work on the same number, which is what an AI agent and a shared inbox need.
Can we send promotional messages?
Yes, to customers who have opted in, using message templates that Meta approves. We set this up so your number stays in good standing.
WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner. Bytes Coder is an independent development company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp.
