For sales teams
Qualify and follow up without the admin
Salespeople are hired to talk to customers, yet much of the week goes to research, data entry and chasing follow-ups. An agent does that groundwork and keeps the CRM accurate, so the pipeline reflects what is really happening.
Where the time goes today
- New leads wait hours or days for a first reply
- CRM records are incomplete because nobody has time to update them
- Follow-ups are forgotten once a deal goes quiet
- Proposals are rebuilt from scratch for each prospect
What you keep control of
- Scoring rules are written by you and visible on every lead
- Emails and proposals are drafted for the salesperson to send
- The agent never changes a deal's value or stage without confirmation
- Salespeople can override any score or assignment
How it works

What we build for sales teams
- 01
Lead research and scoring
Enrich each lead and score it against the profile of customers you actually close.
- 02
CRM hygiene
Keep records, notes and stages up to date after every call and email.
- 03
Proposal drafting
Assemble a first draft of proposals and quotes from your templates and the deal context.
- 04
Follow-up reminders
Spot deals going quiet and prepare the next message for the owner.
How we measure whether it works
Before building, we agree which numbers should move and record where they stand today. These are the usual ones for sales work.
FAQ
Common questions
Will it email prospects on its own?
Only if you choose that. By default it drafts and the salesperson sends. Many teams start with drafts and allow automatic sending later for specific, low-risk messages.
Which CRMs do you work with?
Any CRM with an API, including Zoho CRM and HubSpot. If you run sales from spreadsheets, we can start there and move to a CRM when it makes sense.
Where does the lead research come from?
From public sources such as the company website, plus your own records and any data providers you already subscribe to. The sources are shown beside each finding.
Have a process that should run itself?
Tell us what your team spends too much time on. We will come back with a clear view of what can be automated and how we would build it.
