For customer support teams

Resolve routine requests and prepare the rest

Support teams answer the same questions many times a day while harder cases wait. An agent takes the routine requests end to end and prepares the rest, so your people spend their time where judgement is needed.

Where the time goes today

  • First replies take hours because the queue is full of simple questions
  • Agents copy the same answers and look up the same order details all day
  • Customers repeat themselves each time a ticket changes hands
  • After-hours messages sit unanswered until morning

What you keep control of

  • You decide which request types the agent may resolve alone
  • Refunds, credits and policy exceptions are drafted for approval
  • Uncertain cases are escalated with a summary, never guessed
  • Every reply is logged and can be reviewed or corrected

How it works

A typical flow

An agent reads each request, checks the customer's history and your policies, then either resolves it or hands a drafted reply to your team.

    Ticket triage and routing

Classify, prioritise and assign incoming requests so nothing waits in a general queue.

    Drafted replies

Give agents a ready response grounded in your policies, to approve or edit.

  • 03

    Self-service assistant

Answer common questions on your site or app, and hand over cleanly to a person.

  • 04

    Conversation summaries

Summarise long threads and calls so the next person has the full picture.

How we measure whether it works

Before building, we agree which numbers should move and record where they stand today. These are the usual ones for customer support work.

FAQ

Common questions

Will customers know they are talking to an AI?

We recommend saying so, and offering a person on request. Customers mostly care that the answer is quick and correct, and that a human is available when they need one.

Does it work with our helpdesk?

Usually. Most helpdesks have an API, so the agent works inside the tool your team already uses. We confirm this for your setup during discovery.

What if it gives a wrong answer?

Answers are grounded in your own policies and data, tested on real past tickets before launch and monitored afterwards. Topics with any risk are routed to a person by design.

Have a process that should run itself?

Tell us what your team spends too much time on. We will come back with a clear view of what can be automated and how we would build it.
